[vmtk-users] Generating 3D Surface without Actively Selecting Level Set Branches

Hi

Is it possible to generate the 3D surface from the vti image without having
to select/merge branches? By this, I mean a straight translation from the
vti image to the vtp surface -- ready for mesh generation. This is because
using the level sets kept adding extraneous bits to the geometry.
