#123 Toolbar close button is risky

Sometimes I hit the close button instead of save!

This is not a clever thing to do, of course, but it would be better I think if the close button was not on the toolbar!

I think this is really hiding the main problem in that Viking currently does not warn you if you have unsaved changes.

But at least in the next version (it's currently in the latest code) - the layout of the toolbar is configurable - so one can move/remove the close button if desired.

Personally I like having an exit button on the toolbar!

It would be fine if I could move it to the far right!

Anyway, a configurable toolbar sounds great. :)
