I have been thru the same problem with yours, no button in VDKBuilder, I have tried changing the form_gui.h, form_gui.cc and form.frm file, but I think it got changed back to VDKCustomList eventually when you reload, I assume we are not supposed to touch those gui and frm files. What I did (successfuly though troublesome) is to put all those into the form.cc and form.h file... here my codes... class VdkiccForm: public VDKForm { // gui object declarations private: // gui object declarations VDKCustomSortedList* customlistOnline; VDKCustomSortedList* customlistOffline; // bla bla bla here... }; and then have to set those up myself in the Setup functions void VdkiccForm::Setup(void) { GUISetup(); // put your code below here customlistOnline = new VDKCustomSortedList(this, 1, 2); customlistOffline = new VDKCustomSortedList(this, 0, 1); VBox1->Add(customlistOnline); VBox2->Add(customlistOffline); } I have a question as well, is this the correct way to add things that are not in the VDKBuilder? I know it is hard to keep the VDKBuilder up with VDK and also VDK up to GTK, and sometimes we have to drop a level lower. Or are we supposed to change the gui files? VDK is a great piece of software, especially for people who comes from the VCL world, like me! Good Job! cheers...
