VQE 0.6 beta released

New version of VQE (simple quest editor for vallheru mmorpg engine) is released. This program is in beta stage.
VQE is application written in C with GTK+2 library to help write quests (php and sql files) to vallheru engine without knowledge of programming languages.
This version is little more userfriendly (especialy in create php files). There are some bug fixed, and add new ability (awards for player - skills bonus and items).
