VQE 0.4 alpha released

New version of VQE (simple quest editor for vallheru mmorpg engine) is released.
This program is still in alpha stage.
VQE is application written in C with GTK+2 library to help write quests to vallheru engine.
This release have ability to make simple .php files with quests. More information about VQE you may find in file README (in package) and on project home page (both only in Polish language)
