Hi I've just started playing with UML and have successfully built Slackware 8.0 on it. Now I'm trying to get the networking up. My host is a 2.4.17 box, and the UML is 2.4.16-2um. The tun module is loaded on the host, and I've booted the UML with eth0=tuntap,,,192.168.3.1 When I come to up the interface in the UML I get the following: root@darkstar:~# ifconfig eth0 192.168.3.1 up SIOCSIFFLAGS: Invalid argument SIOCSIFFLAGS: Invalid argument Any ideas?
