This is a not a problem with debian.  It's a problem with the way uml_net
builds.  It needs to build against the kernel you are going to run it against,
not against the kernel that was compiled with libc.

This won't help those that compile their own kernels, with their own unique
set of options, and have a libc that has a different set of options.

Infact, the kernel included with libc will very unlikely NOT have any uml
options in its autoconf.h.
