Running installations under UML can be tricky. You have to figure out how the distro finds devices and get UML to fake it out appropriately. In this case, I think that removing the hda devices and recreating them with major 98 will work. Another possibility is 'ubd=3' on the command line, which will make the ubd driver take over major number 3. Jeff |
