The TCP ones should be fixed if you compile the kernel with 
CONFIG_KHTTPD_MODULE. Yes, that's right - the _MODULE option changes the 
actual kernel binary. It's horrible.

sys_waitpid should probably be exported in kernel/ksyms.c or 
arch/{*,!alpha}/kernel/ksyms.c
