I am trying to run a UML host from a start up script and I've wrote an init script that would do this except that when I try to start uml linux with out a terminal it hangs at Initializing stdio console driver in my log file. Is there a switch I can pass it to make it not do this? Or if someone has an init script that can start a uml and gracefully shut it down when the host shuts down, that would be usefull too. The only way I can thinking of shuting it down nicely is to have a special ssh key that the shutdown script can login and halt the uml system. (if there's a better way that' would be cool, mconsole ... halt is causing cool things to my paritions. ;) Thanks Josie Imlay |
