[uml-devel] debug and mode=tt

Is mode=tt mandatory for debug?  I've tried debugging with the skas3 patch on 
the host when running 2.4.20-1um-djc and the "debug" option doesn't seem to 
do anything at all.  When I also use "mode=tt" as well as "debug" then it 
brings up the xterm with gdb.
