[UrJTAG-dev] Migration from get/set_trst to get/set_signal

Hi,

merry christmas to everyone...

It's now almost two weeks since a branch was created in SVN, for
converting the existing g/set_trst cable functions into more general
g/set_signal functions. I'd like to know if anyone beside Arnim and me
tried it yet?

I'm cautiously asking before merging it into trunk, because reset
outputs are affected. Not just TRST, but also system reset (on some
cables that support it). If we got any defaults for initialization
wrong, it may cause unwanted system reset and user confusion...

Therefore, I'd like to ask you, LPT and FT2232 cable users, to give this
branch a short try whether it behaves as you're used to. It's at:
