Recognize URG device(Mac)

Basically for URG's programming environment Mac and Linux are same.In addtion to that, Program in Mac behave similar to program in Linux.
Difference between Mac and Linux is as below

URG's /dev/tty.usbmodem1dll etc are recognized as modem of USB
O_EXLOCK can be specified in open()
