#34 Cannot install Unikey again

I installed Unikey 2 days ago. After I uninstall it using Programs and Features in Control Panel, I cannot install Unikey again.
When I click on the .exe file, it just shows the box Unikey and Unikey does not work.
I already deleted all Unikey keys in Registry.
Anyone knows what the problem is.
