My machine: Win7 Enterprise 64 Bit, AMD Phenom II X6. I install UltraDfrag and start it the first time. It seems to start fine. I have not tried to defrag anything yet. I have only used analyze. I then shut the program down. When I start the program again a blank "start" screen is displayed and nothing else. I close the program using the red x and get this message "UltrDefrag GUI interface is not responding" with the options for shutdown. Have I installed this program wrong? I did install the 64bit version.
No, it's not an installation problem, it's some internal bug which causes wrong behavior from time to time. Due to personal issues and extreme difficulty of that bug tracking we haven't fixed it yet, but hope to catch it some day and smash into the ground :-)

UltraDefrag v6 crashes are extremely rare: we have just a couple of reports while the program has been used millions of times. Apparently those crashes have been caused by virus infections or something of that kind.
