#3 Feature to resend invitation without regenerating inv.code

I really love this system!
But as the progress of our surveys go on, I realise a
"missing feature" on Invitation-Only controlled surveys.

Some of my users didn't bother to answer the survey on
the first email notification. (Was sent during the
christmas holidays... might be the reason, hehe).

Nevertheless; it would be great to have a feature to
RESEND the invitation email WITHOUT regenerating the
invitation code.

If I now use the action "Send Invitation Code to
Selected", UCCASS will generate a new invitation code.
The old code (that might still be in the users email
inbox) will not work any longer, and we generate a lot
of "disturbance"...
