  It is a good system but due to the lack activity for years now it's of old age and lacks lots of the features LimeSurvey has.

  Used it, and it truly is one of the most powerful survey systems I've seen. I just wish there was more active development on the project. Regardless, I'd still highly recommend it. As it isn't updated often, I'd recommend you use .htaccess to protect application directories and files to prevent from possible known vulnerabilities being exploited.
