This is the first special meeting. The sole subject of this meeting is finalizing the Functional Requirements Document. As you might have seen the developers of Transport Empire have started a few discussions about competing ideas in the FRD in the Transport Empire Development section. During this meeting we want to make clear-cut decisions. This will open the road for creating the final Design Document. |

Agenda: - Discuss minutes of 10102004 - Picking minutes-man - FRD progress - Prototypes - Featured discussion - Any other business - Setting new date + agenda The 4th point needs to be discussed or it will sink to the bottom of our minds I fear. Any suggestions to the agenda are welcome. Please tell if you cannot come ASAP. I want to have a tidy meeting. It seems a good idea that 1 (and that means ONLY 1) person per topic informs the attendants of any progress, after which we can all ask questions about the progress. To prevent chaos in asking questions I suggest that the chairman (me) scrolls down the attendants list and ask each attendant if he/she has any comment. If you feel you have something more to say, PM the chairman. Sofar the arguing you might think, but arguing isn't about you being right. Arguing is about getting your information across and information tends to get lost in the fight to get your right. |
