Are there > any other places to look for logging messages? It looks like I mistakenly moved the command parsing before the context creation and broke the --pcr option. If you move the "if" block that contains the call to "genericOptHandler" to after the "if" block that contains the call to "contextGetTpm" you should be ok. I'll put out a fix on this shortly.
