#2 Save/Load Game feature

This is by far the most crucial feature needed to make
this game playable on and offline, but especially
online.

People will get disconnected for a variety of reasons
or simply not have the time to complete a game in one
sitting.

There needs to be some thought put into this feature
(and probably have to get some input from the regular
club players online too). This feature is also used
to prevent cheaters from simply disconnecting in the
middle of a bad battle for them.

So, it should be user initiable, but also possibly
automatic. As a user I should be able to save any
time to a file name I determine. But the game could
save automatically as often as (some possibilities
below):

- before and after every battle (at least one or the
other)

- after so many moves in combat/non-combat movement

- after weapons development is selected. I.e. once a
player hits OK after selecting x dice and he sees his
result, it must be impossible for that player to
quickly drop offline and claim he never rolled.

- after placement is a reasonable place to save in the
sense that the current player's turn is basically
over. This could happen after income collection of
course as well.

You probably noticed that my ideas here lean quite a
bit towards making it hard/impossible to cheat, but
that is the reality of A&A online or in play-by-e-mail
games.
