#1116 Transport Loading From Multiple Territories Error

I get an error message when loading a transport from multiple territories when another transport has already offloaded from one of the sea territories. Attached is the save game showing the exact steps of the UK turn where the last transport loaded can't move back to sea zone 5 with the following error:

"Cannot move units out of battle zone"
