Current dependencies is not work propertly, everyone program
depends on GNU Libc, pkgtools, does not check where and what is
installed.

For example in you want to install centericq from
/ports/net/centericq
and with the modified
Pkgfile.
deps1=glibc
deps2=libsigc++

build script

pkgtools check where is the binary package, and then install
it. But there is no POSIX system, existing without GLIBC, 90% of them
is built on it, and no one can install whatever software without it.
