[Translation-team-zh-cn] New: iso_3166_2-1.7 (75%, 895 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Chinese (simplified) team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

    http://translationproject.org/PO-files/zh_CN/iso_3166_2-1.7.zh_CN.po

In this file 3380 messages are already translated, corresponding to
75% of the original text size in bytes; 895 messages still need some
work.

LI Daobing is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Chinese (simplified) language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:

    iso_3166_2-1.7.zh_CN.po
