[Translation-team-zh-cn] New: wget-1.11-b2344 (30%, 184 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Chinese (simplified) team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 150 messages are already translated, corresponding to 30%
of the original text size in bytes; 184 messages still need some work.

Rongjun Mu is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Chinese (simplified) language.
