[Translation-team-ja] New: iso_3166_2-1.7 (10%, 3741 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Japanese team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

    http://translationproject.org/PO-files/ja/iso_3166_2-1.7.ja.po

In this file 534 messages are already translated, corresponding to 10%
of the original text size in bytes; 3741 messages still need some
work.

Iida Yosiaki is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Japanese language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:

    iso_3166_2-1.7.ja.po
