Hello, members of the Japanese team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce that a new PO file has been
integrated into the archives.  The file is available at:

In this file 18 messages are already translated, corresponding to 43%
of the original text size in bytes; 10 messages still need some work.

Takeshi Hamasaki is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Japanese language.
