[trans-fa] New: iso_3166-3.39 (16%, 337 untranslated)

Hello, members of the Persian team.

The TP-robot is happy to announce the presence of a new PO file:

In this file 117 messages are already translated, corresponding to 16%
of the original text size in bytes; 337 messages still need some work.

Roozbeh Pournader is currently assigned for the translation.  Please
translate the remaining messages for the benefit of the users of the
Persian language.

Once the translation is complete, send the result to
<ro...@tr...>, using the Subject line:
