Translation Project memang masih konservatif, dimana pemeriksaan form disclaimer tersebut dilakukan secara manual dan elektronik (faks). Tapi seingat saya, ada beberapa paket di Translation Project yang bisa diterjemahkan tanpa menandatangani form disclaimer. Artinya siapa saja dapat mengunggah ke upstream. Saya pernah melakukan hal ini. Penegasan kembali dari laman yang sama bahwa form *disclaim* ini tidak bertujuan memberikan persetujuan bagi FSF untuk menggunakan terjemahan yang dikirimkan.
