#6 Tcl/kit wav format

Hi

I have installed transcriber and now have exactly the
same problem as David Kidd had reported. It was
solved at the beginning of this year by Mathieu
Manta.
The problem came from the 'encoding WAV format'.
Mathieu Manta had re-encoded it in the classical
ADPCM format (and wrote down the command on Linux:
sox DW_A0026.wav -A DW_ADPCM.wav)

I work with windows. How can I re-encode my file?
