#11 skipping time stamps

Hello,
After tagging a number of files with Transcriber
1.5.1, we found out some time stamps had jumped of a
few minutes . In other words, instead of having 14 sec
between 2 speakers, we would have 2 min and 14 sec and
the error would be propagated until the end of the
file. The cursor jump produced time skips many times
in the files at very unpredicted places. Also, when
manipulating the cursor, we loose track of the
synchronization between audio and text.
