I think it's enough run the command modprobe tpm_atmel to load the TPM Atmel deriver and its dependencies. Then your device should be visible as /dev/tpm0. Assunto: [tpmdd-devel] TPM problems I have a linux 2.6.10 kernel with a tpm v 1.2 atmel device. I have downloaded the drivers from sourceforge.net the tpmdd-1.0-kernel2.6.10.patch <http://downloads.sourceforge.net/tpmdd/tpmdd-1.0-kernel2.6.10.patch?modti me=1118096505&big_mirror=0> . when i compile the driver i get the tpm.ko and tpm-atmel.ko module.(There is no tpm_tis module) I create the tpm device with mknod and then insmod them -first the tpm.ko and then the tpm-atmel.ko. But i get a device not found error. I have a few questions-- 1)Does the patch from sourceforge for 2.6.10 work with V1.2 or is it only for tpm versions lesser than 1.2? 2)If so where do i get the atmel driver code for TPMV1.2 for kernel 2.6.10? I am bound to the 2.6.10 kerel for some legacy reasons. Thanks |
