Not into Arena, there's the syntax already in the requests:

EVAL LOC MOVES [ {heuristics for loc 0}; {heuristics for loc 1}; ... ]
other parameters

(I'm changing the syntax to the above as I've realized the current svn
syntax for heuristics is ambiguous.)

It's not for me as I'm happy with OCaml (need write automated tests
anyway). But for others.
