[Toss-devel] Distinguishing players

I added to each rule a field telling which player should
apply the rule. The player number is now determined
when connecting to the server - and player number 2 is
currently the admin (can edit structures). There is still
some work (not all players should be able to apply all rules),
but at least we can now distinguish who plays what :).
