In general the curves are not very carefully designed. Most of the time we tried to match the curves' maximum hp and sometimes torque values to those of the corresponding real vehicles, but the overall _shape_ of the curve is probably not very realistic. As for the placement of the redline, that has much to do with cooling - I'd expect the torque to drop much faster after the redline though, than it does in these two examples. > Finally, an off topic question, if you don't mind.
