Well it sort of semi-done now - still not working enough to be usable (I dodn't have much time lately). I'll try to wrap it up in the next couple weeks to the useful state. About packaging - I thought we do the same as with OTL. We can place the whole thing into qscintilla sudirectory to separate it from TOra and make the updating of it easier. On the other hand we can just assume tha qscintilla sources will always be in the qscintilla subdirectory in TOra tree and specify it as external dependency. I've never done it like this so if anyone sees any pros/cons of either approach - please speak up.
