[Tora-develop] Merge/move of the tora QT4 branch

I'm going to plan on moving the tora-qt4 branch onto the trunk tonight
at 6:00 PM Central (2400 UTC). I'm not going to do a merge though, it's
just too messy with the volume of changes. If y'all could avoid doing
any commits during that period it would be good. I'll send a note to
tora-develop when it is finished.=20

I believe that all you should have to do after tonight is:

	svn switch
https://tora.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/tora/trunk/tora

inside your current checkout of the QT4 branch and it will start using
the trunk. I've copied the latest 1.3 revision into tags dir, but I
don't see any plan to do anything with that older code at this point.
