#18 Include statements for profiles

It would be very useful to create "sub-profiles" that could be included into a profile.

For example, I have three hosts that I access. I want to visually distinguish between sessions on different systems, to avoid confusion. I want to make sure the all sessions to the same host use the same host information, and the same color scheme.

Attached (overly simplified) would be a sample of the desired tn5250rc file functionality.

I arbitrarily called the new function "profinc" in the example.

      Thank you for following up on this request. My new position no longer has
      me accessing AS400 or needing a 5250 client.

      I do believe, however, that it may still be a useful feature for people
      that work across multiple environments.
