I've installed TINN-R on my laptop and migrated the TINN-R folder to my thumbdrive.

I'm trying to use TINN-R from a thumbdrive where there is no write permission to the company machine (at certain drive locations). Therefore I get the error that TINN-R cannot write to ini file at startup. This is the same error message as: https://sourceforge.net/p/tinn-r/bugs/67/#00cf.

How can I make TINN-R work portably? I really like this software and was hoping the new update would do the trick.

FYI - kudos on the new slick looking interface

    Hello,

We think the best option is the development of a portable version of the project Tinn-R.
As it do not use registry it will not be very difficult to adapt: I'm starting the project just now!

Thanks for recognition: we invest a lot of work in the new visual identity of the Tinn-R project. ;)

    Best,
    J.C.Faria
