[Tikiwiki-users] Turning off the double-click wiki edit?

Does anyone know how to turn off the double-click edit wiki page option? It
gets in the way when a user tries to select a word or paragraph in the text
or comments.

Does not seem to be an option in the admin menus. Maybe a developer could
say what file I need to modify?
