Hey brad, What you are seeing as the homepage on the tiki demo is just a custom home page. You would edit the tiki_custom_home.tpl (or something like that) use homesite or dreameweaver or almost nay html editor. It's just a page that has several tables on it wrapped in the div tags that activate the .css attribuites for the cells. Then to use it after you get it the way you want it go to the admin panel and tell tiki that this is the custom home page. Kinda cool, Once you play with it a bit you can start doing things like in the news table and use the dynamic content tags and just change the content without haviong to edit the template. It is the "wiki way" to use the wiki for everything. :-)) This is another alturnitive. I've noticed that the home page for the demo site at: http://alt.thetinfoilhat.com/ has what appears to be multiple module's as the main content for the page (i.e.. What is Tiki, News, Download, Join Us, etc). How is this being done ? Especially the 2 that are side by side, namely "What Is Tiki" and "News". I'm currently using the Wiki as my home page and wasn't sure if this was a Wiki thing or something else... Thanks ! Brad --- Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
