Hi all Looks like we have "the" release candidate for Tiki 5.1 Files are here, please test: https://sourceforge.net/projects/tikiwiki/files/ A couple of things came up - the release script broke in the smarty validation section (on tiki-mods.tpl) so i skipped that bit to get through it. I also got an error during language file updates, but it reported " files updated and temporary files removed" afterwards. And the "fix encoding" form appears in the installer even if it's a new (and presumably ok) install - presumably this will be fairly trivial to hide. Apart from fixing those couple of little tweaks, are we ready to launch 5.1 for real? I hope so (this is hard work! ;) jonny On 2 Aug 2010, at 16:23, Jonny Bradley wrote: > > Ok all - we're off! > > No more commits to branches/5.x please - further instructions to follow regarding fixes for 5.2 (assuming 5.1 RC 1 turns out to be the real thing) > > jb > > > > On 2 Aug 2010, at 12:22, Jonny Bradley wrote: > >> >> Dear all - sorry for the lack of notice (heavy weekend ;) >> >> We need to get 5.1 out __now__ and so i am proposing we do it later today.
