[Tikiwiki-devel] article posting time (ignore previous)

Hello All,

I am testing 4.1 & have found that the article posting & update time is 
wrong.   The system date is fine both on the browser & server side but 
it shows
month & day & year: correct
time: 00:00

Has anyone else found this ?
