Hi Lindon!

Thanks for the continuing cleanup on doc.tw.o  These excess empy pages
have been there for years (!)

I just deleted more pages.  I sort in order of page size:
http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-listpages.php?sort_mode=size_asc

But don't rely on the page size. some pages have 0kb but still have content.

On the other hand, there are plenty of "translated pages" which are
just a copy of old English content.
Ex.:
http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=Changelog+1.2%2Cfr

Please delete these as well. We have a much better system now and
people can translate the content organically.
