I agree that many options should be moved to different panels. However, at this time I'm taking "baby steps" -- I think we can substantially improve the Admin usability simply by: 1. Grouping similar options (it is *much* easier to digest 5 groups of 4 options, instead of 1 group of 20 options) 2. Clearly show parent-child relationships between options. 3. Explain when options have dependencies on other features. 4. Adding more help links. IMHO, the changes that I'm proposing are low risk -- simply re-working the TPLs. A future plan should look at re-thinking the entire Administration scheme...
