There are 3 redefinitions of this templates.
./templates/styles/moreneat/tiki-user_menu.tpl
./templates/styles/neat/tiki-user_menu.tpl
./templates/styles/mose/tiki-user_menu.tpl

In 1.10 - it is broken the options are not displayed
If somebody remember why the templates were specific - thanks
otherwise I propose to remove these 3 templates
