OpenThunderGraph 0.3.beta released!

Major release improvements are: 1) New FunctionDataSeries class - a XYDataSeries implementation for any user-defined 2D functions (supports any static method of any class as a data source). 2) New SplinePlot draws 2D analytical spline plots over any other Plot2D. External JSpline+ library is used. 3) New JGraphPanel class for best swing compatibility. This release also fixes a number of major an minor bugs code inconsistencies.
