[TeXstudio-list] Sequence of commands at F6 confused, F11 not working at all

I greatly appreciate the efforts you put in Texstudio. I noticed with 
last version  however some flaws, which are irritating:

1. the button F11 stopped working: I can start biber from the menu, but 
it was working from F11 and that is not working.

2. when pushing F6, normal compilation, but occasionally it does a 
pdflatex while still executing biber. This provokes further errors: 
pdflatex missing the entire bibliography and not noting it. This 
happened several times in the last three weeks. Unfortunately I have not 
way to create a situation that this is foreseeable. So it's very 
difficult to track.

I will be trying to help with this bugs when you point me to specific 
ways of dealing.
