You should use whatever names work for you. I just pointing out that it sounds like these .mat files don't actually have much to do with either the Nrrd C struct or the NRRD file format. 'scimat" or "seg3dmat" might be a better prefix that "scinrrd". Any SCI'ers on this list are free to comment! Gordon |
