Greetings, I am toying with Teem utilities to create color mapped images from 2d raw floating point data. With Jorik's help I have been able to create images with unevenly placed colors. I am wondering if its possible to create these images with custom transparency, like colors I can define an opacity map for transparency control. Any pointers appreciated. Thanks --Amit Here is what I have put together so far %unu imap -m map.txt -i data.nrrd |unu quantize -i - -b 8 | unu save -f png -i - -o test.png %cat map.txt 0.0 0 0 255 0.15 0 255 0 0.2 255 0 0 %unu head data.nrrd NRRD0001 type: float dimension: 2 sizes: 3000 1500 spacings: 1 1 labels: "x" "y" endian: little encoding: raw |
