[tecomp] precedence of "&&" and "||"

Hello David,

I have "googled" a little bit and found

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operators_in_C_and_C%2B%2B

which says that "&&" has higher precedence than "||".

So I don't understand, why gcc 4.3.1 complains about missing parentheses.
